Northdale achieved its original Investors in People status six years ago, but this is reviewed by an independent body every three years. We are very pleased to announce that following a recent review, Northdale has retained its status under the new standard. We are particularly pleased as this recognises the hardwork of ALL members of the practice and their contribution.
What is the Investors in People Standard? "Developed in 1990 by a partnership of leading businesses and national organisations, the Standard helps organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people. "
